EXPERIMENTAL TESTING AND VALIDATION

Mechanical and electrical testing is necessary to qualify parts, components, machines, equipment, and systems for various industrial applications. Sometimes, stringent regulations and standards leave no avenue of error and require that the product fully complies with the requirements of regulatory authorities.

The existing validation techniques such as numerical simulation and testing both require in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of engineering.

There is a series of tests that are conducted during the validation procedure. Computational and numerical simulations provide reasonable data about the performance of a particular product and can help diagnose design problems at the initial phase.

However sometimes, mechanical or electrical testing is necessary to validate simulation results and gauge the performance in an experimentally simulated environment. This provides solid evidence about the working capabilities and flaws, if any, of the products that might not be possible to deduce from simulation work. This is especially necessary if the product can pose safety risks while in use.

At SYP tech we ensure to perform product testing and validation from all possible angles to minimize the risks and increase the productivity of the industrial systems we design for.

Some important tests are:

  • Tensile Test
  • Compression test
  • Hardness test
  • Stress Rupture and Creep Test
  • Fatigue Test
  • Electrical tests
  • System integrity test
  • Vibration and Shock test
